BG FIT Technicians are trained by medical consultants and expert staff at Specialized to analyze each rider’s unique attributes, pedal stroke and body position. Using the data gained during the assessment, they optimize the bike and equipment to match the rider’s biomechanical profile.
High Trails Cyclery owner and Certified BG Fit technician, Marcel Mijares, brings 20 years of riding experience, 10 years of experience as a bicycle mechanic and a life long passion for the sport.

HOW LONG DOES A FIT TAKE?
Our fit service is very comprehensive and can take up to 2.5 hours.
IS THIS ONLY FOR SERIOUS CYCLISTS?
No not at all. Having your bike fitted makes cycling more enjoyable and gives you the opportunity to sort out any of those aches and pains you usually find when cycling a poorly fitted bike.
DO I NEED TO BUY A NEW SADDLE?
Not necessarily, our specialists will be able to assist you by ensuring the saddle position is correct, and if there's a more suitable saddle on the market for you we'll let you know of course.
